The 1964 Mint Set
The 1964 U.S. Mint Uncirculated Coin Set features 10 coins (Cent, Nickel, Dime, Quarter, Half Dollar) from both the Philadelphia (no mintmark) and Denver ("D") Mints, notable for including the first-year Kennedy Half Dollar, with the silver coins made of 90% silver and packaged in original U.S. Mint cellophane, distinct from the rare 1964 SMS sets.

There is writing in pencil on one side of the envelope with the year, letter D and words Unc. mint state.
