The 1999 Mint Set includes the initial
five state quarters representing
Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia, and Connecticut. It also features
1999-dated Lincoln Cents, Jefferson Nickels, Roosevelt Dimes, and Kennedy Half Dollars. Each coin is presented with one specimen from both the Philadelphia and Denver Mints. This set comes in two envelopes—blue for Philadelphia and red for Denver—and is preowned but retains its original government packaging.
